New pottery course

New pottery course starting soon
We have a new pottery tutor, Alex, who will be starting a pottery course with us on Wednesday mornings. It will be a fun, relaxed course where you can paint creations, make simple objects or progress to making pots. Therapeutic messy play for adults! Places are limited so please email enquiries@kindredmindsmerseyside.org to register your interest.
The course will be held at Lee Valley Millennium Centre, Childwall Valley Road, Liverpool, L25 2PR.
Discusses how peer support can sustain people when they are facing mental and phsycial health problems together. This can include short term illness, chronic conditions and recovering from heart attack and stroke.
Peer Support Group discusses the role of music in managing mental health and how their mood influences what they listen to. They compiled playlists of music for when they are happy and sad. These are shared via Apple Music
