Our registration is form is simple and can be completed online. 

Activities

All of our activities are free and we aim to hold them in accessible venues. We vary our times and days to ensure everyone can be involved.

Activity Leads

If you have a talent or skill and would like to act as an 'Activity Lead' then please contact us. 
These roles are voluntary but are supported by the staff team. 

In person, on zoom and groups

We offer a wide range of activities to meet every interest.
From history talks to craft and yoga, we provide a diverse programme of 'in person' groups and zoom chats.
We promote well-being and relaxation as well fun and laughter and also offer weekly welfare calls as needed.

We are also open to new activities and trips and hope to soon see pottery, ukulele and calligraphy on our programme.
